What is the reason solar mate is leaking? Me and few neighbor is having a leaking water heater from the valve.

I have ask a contractor to change the valve, but he didn't change it and said the whole think need to be change, and charge me 180 for the visit.

What can I do, neighbor water is flowing to my house gutter and cause it to rust and leaking, some other neighbors water is flowing to the backyard floor just behind mine.

This Solar mate is causing a mess.

Expensive and need a crane to remove it. Bad experience owning it, want to completely remove it.

Maintenance of a property is part and parcel of property ownership.

Sometimes it can be costly and endless headache until the problem is resolve or remove.

So which means yours settled already? Now your left and right neighbour's solar mate is leaking? Have you talked to them and took some photos to prove its not from your side? Sometimes having a not so friendly neighbour is quite troublesome. :\
