Anyone here has the habit of breaking or cracking instant noodles into small pieces like smashing mamee snacks before add into boiling broth? For soupy type of noodles i prefer to break them up to really small pieces so that easier to cook and only eat with a spoon, just scoop them up. As for dried noodles i like to cook them whole so can slurp the noodles.

Have u tried mamee ghost pepper? The noodles are very chewy just like korean noodles, but only available purchase on lazada and shopee. The ghost pepper spicy beef mushroom is highly recommended, tastes like spicy ramyeon.

Ngam lah boss, try lah. It's good that's why i share. Before i knew about ghost pepper i only bought korean ramen like samyang, nongshim. But those are not cheap. Now if our local brand mamee can make something as good as that, and cheaper by almost half the price of korean noodles, why not?

However mamee carries a few noodle products under the flagship name ghost pepper. They got the black one but i never try. Look for ghost pepper that comes with 3 flavors, namely mee goreng indonesia (dry), spicy beef mushroom (soup) and curry lontong (soup). All this comes with additional packet of ghost pepper oil that is up to you to add fire to your noodles. And yes all of those are chewy, it won't become soggy even if you leave the noodles in soup for a while.

If you don't fancy spicy stuffs you can also try mamee ramensari, it's just like the korean plain noodles but very chewy. You can put your own sauce or use in steamboat.

Hope that im not exaggerating but i already purchased 10 packs of ghost pepper from lazada this month.

U serious ke? Does it taste like mamee snack? Maybe should reduce the seasoning because it would be very salty, especially the soupy type like maggi kari. But im still not convinced to do so haha.

However back in those days i had my maggi kari, i cooked the noodles but discard the water, then i add the seasoning. Something like the dry version lah. Not bad at all, it has more intense taste. Right now maggi got maggi goreng letup berapi so better just eat that one.

I saw Vit's noodle got italian aglio olio flavor, wonder how it taste. Must find out one day!
