Hi, any Shopee or Lazada seller here using any chat management software with auto-reply function?
I switched to SiteGiant early this year, unfortunately their chat management software do not have auto reply.
I'm a small time seller and the whole Shop only 3 person managing so we're always have something to work on and do not have a dedicated staff that just sit and waiting to reply.
The MultiChat software by sitegiant is also very buggy, have to refresh each time every time we check it to make sure we don't miss any messages since we have multiple stores.
I just need the chat software since I already signed up for the sales channel. management software for 1 year, and so far the sales management software is working fine even though also got a few small issues from time to time.
Anyone know of any such software that can recommend, I'm looking at a few, like Omichat by Omisell.
