Hi all, I am for landed house in klang valley below budget 800k. Came across Setia Alam Impian, anyone has any insights of that area? Need some idea on how the living there, population, road condition and etc.

Best if you can go and look at the area. Different people have different perception and needs.

There should have few homestays available there.

Spend some small money first b4 committing to 800k .... dont be cents wise, and ringgit foolish.

And nothing beats own experience.

Setia Alam is a decent place. Maybe you could take a day trip there and see if the environment suits you.

Very nice environment with a huge lake garden and very well maintained. There is a clubhouse too

My previous visit was nice, to visit a friend

Quite a serene township without hustle and bustle of setia alam

Alam Impian is a good place if you don't need to go out of the taman multiple times a day (must pay tolls always) and prefer FnB N lifestyle of a certain demographic type. Good location marred by poor commercials.
