Anyone can recommend good and reliable brand for digital lock for house door ? Not too high price but at the same time good quality and will last long.

u will never go wrong with Samsung ezon. shs-1321 model quite good. I DIY install on my parent's house front and rear door several years ago. never encountered any issue so far. my own home no smart door lock coz currently renting.

If wanna save a bit, go for tuya lock (wifi or zigbee)
Just be sure it matches with your door lock type, i think mostly use deadbolt

What about Kaadas ? Anyone got advice on that brand ? Currently looking at Samsung and Kaadas brand.

Forgot where I bought it, some hardware shop in kajang. About rm1800. They also give additional free 5 tags.
Not much to complain about, fingerprint read just fine and fast, tag unlock also good. Just that the door not lock announcement abit loud and short timing. Sometimes move grocery very annoying, but small matter.
Also, if you ask people to install for you, remember to try register all the tag first, I got 2 tags that cannot register and ask them to change it.

RFID Key Tags.
K9 can use finger print, pin or RFID key tags.

Got it bro, Kaadas K9 is the push pull model right ? Only got K9 this model ? Coz i scared later got other similar models then i get confused

Got other model k7 also and they are quite similar. K9 fingerprint on the handle. K7 I don’t know.

I think all of them are push pull. Better ask to your seller

Always remember like any other electronic device it has a lifespan and be prepared to shell out to replace it every few years. Some say 3 years some say 5 years.

I'm also considering Samsung, but worry about the reliability.

Is Kaadas K9 good ? I heard that it's a german brand and it's the brand that sold the most smart digital door in 2017.

German brand?? Most of those you find in Malaysia may be German or in some cases German sounding but in reality its just a China OEM junk.

Samsung ones are quite good but expensive relative to the features on offer.

I'm using the SHP-DP728, seems quite good as I wanted fingerprint access.

I'm quite happy with it though the double bolt unlock is a bit noisy.

Using the samsung for door and yale for grill
Both are good but yale seems to drain battery faster than samsung. And the remote are not that reliable (i need to change it after 1 year)

Yale…bought this two years ago and it’s still working great. I bought it for RM1.2k but it’s now on sale for RM911…good deal!
