For Public Bank housing loan, when can I start to view my loan account in PBe Internet Banking website?


Will my loan account appear automatically in PBe Internet Banking website? Or, do I have to manually add my loan account in PBe Internet Banking website?

Thank you very much, everyone, for your respective replies.


The housing loan is under my name only.


As per the advice given in this thread, I perform the following steps in PBe Internet Banking website.


PBe > Profile Maintenance > Manage Profile > Add / Delete Account > Add Loan Account


Then, I add my loan account number (stated in my loan offer letter), and 10010, as the note number for the housing loan.





Well, I have signed the loan offer letter. Maybe, I can only add my loan account in PBe Internet Banking website, after the disbursement of the housing loan.

For many other banks, housing loan should appear in the respective internet banking website.


For Public Bank, even to view credit card account, we need to manually add credit card account in PBe Internet Banking website. That is why I have similar doubt, about manually adding my loan account in PBe Internet Banking website.
