even if Duterte is a Pro China leader, he knows Philippines and US have some sort of old agreement if there's an attack, pretty much the same setup as in WW2.....

that's a worse case scenario, probably at max, the world just going to blockade PRC trade route, so they going to become like N.Korea, if they want to import goods,raw materials,food etc from certain country, they need a 3rd party shipping company etc,in short expensive & limited options...
