Tried via Move IOS app in Android but when the transfer page starts, it still stays at 0% and nothing moves Now you can do it via an app provided by Apple.....try this link... https://faq.whatsapp.com/530788665445780/?locale=en_US

Just to share my recent repair experience at Apple TRX store.....
My IP13 Pro Max got the so called “green screen of death” in the morning. I quickly reached out to Apple support to schedule a repair session. I chose the convenient time slot at Apple TRX store. I received email instructions on steps to take before dropping by the store. However some steps were not able to follow because of a catch-22 situation. It requires confirmation from my phone (which is already inaccessible). I left the step unfinished and went to TRX at the appointed time. I was lucky that I had a MacBook to keep in touch with Apple’s communication.
The Apple staff were super efficient and friendly. After running some tests on my phone, the staff formatted my phone and says to come back and collect in about 2 hours time.
At the scheduled time of collection, I was pleasantly surprised that Apple did the repairs (changing the display) for free. It actually cost RM1499.
After trying out my repaired phone, I felt that response time from the phone was very fast and responsive. I am pretty much satisfied with the job well done!
Thumbs up to Apple TRX staff for the fast repairs and kind gesture of not charging me with the repair bill. Much appreciated!

QUOTE(soonwai @ Dec 3 2024, 09:26 PM) That’s awesome. Did they elaborate on what caused the GSOD? Not specifically...can't pinpoint the exact cause....could be software/hardware... My feeling is that (in my case) it might be due to my recent iphone mirroring with my macbook. I play candy crush on it and does drain the battery. The phone feels hot after prolonged mirroring. Maybe that's it.....in my case..

QUOTE(jimbet1337 @ Dec 4 2024, 01:06 PM) So lucky. RM1.5k is a lot of money. Did you take the opportunity to change the battery as well? Since they already dismantle the phone.. No...my battery still 89%...
