Sorry for such question #touchwood, but has anyone ever claim warranty on the IP13 pro/pro max before?
Any advice on procedure or recommendation for SC around KV area?
Bought mine from Machines.
Read machines sc in mv has mixed reviews.
Recently was watching video in the dark and noticed there seem to be a dead pixel on my phone screen.

Machines Service Centre at the Curve is very disappointing. Their service is subpar and not professional.
Mac City world @ One Utama couldn't detect the issues but at least they took initiative to troubleshoot. (Previously, they replaced for me a service unit when my IP8+ had TouchID issue)
I will try IT World @ PJ.
