I just checked my battery health, so fast it dropped to 99% laugh.gif

Dah la I only use the slow charging cable, wondering if it's a bug or something coz it was 100% few weeks ago before updating the iOS.

did you use the phone under the sun / any other hot environment? heat is the biggest enemy of batteries.

Anyways you may try restarting your phone and the battery health may be reset also.

Under sun a bit a bit got la.

Can't avoid it completely right? laugh.gif

Hot environment hardly la, except when I am driving and I receive a call and my airpods are outta reach.

For a 2 months old phone, quite a poor excuse if can just drop 1% so fast.

My previous phone took like 7 months to drop and it's like really careless style of using / charging.

Hi guys, seeking some suggestion from you guys. Me and my partner is using iphone and i am currently looking for a 2 usb C and 1 usb A. Do you guys have any brands to recommend? Currently am looking at Ugreen, not cheaping out on charger as to me it is very important for battery health of our devices

If can afford = Apple original stuffs.

If want a bit budget, anker / aukey stuffs are pretty durable.

To share my recent experience dealing with GSOD instead.

Woke up one day phone suddenly flickering between green and normal.

Didn't pay much attention, just continued using. It wasn't until the next day, after I unplug the phone the screen went complete Green with white lines on it.

Called Apple support, lodged a case. Was told to send to any of the authorized repair outlet. I choose QCD coz of positive claim experienced b4.

Got a call the next day saying eligible for replacement FOC one off even so my phone was out of warranty (Day 1 iPhone 13PM)

Took them 5 days to sort it out, now back with a new screen that has an additional 6 months warranty, and hopefully nothing happens till iPhone 15 comes out.

To note :

1. Apple support was efficient.
2. Even post warranty phone was accepted thou if you are found to damage the screen urself, RIP ur free replacement. I took care of my phone well, never drop or scratch so I guess lucky enough.
3. No other brand will bother to layan you after warranty ended. So still somewhat impressed with Apple for dealing with the issue and sorting it out FOC.
4. Majority of GSOD / WSOD / YSOD are the Pro / Pro Max models. The technicians says very bloody common.
5. Before sending in your phone, try to call Apple Support 1st if you face any of the screen issue unrelated to human error.

Overall, a positive experience. Hoping never to deal with this hassle again.

just got this white screen issues, talked to CS, they say its not FOC because my warranty period is over
why the difference?

Well u can try ur luck. There's no guaranteed coz it's not a recall issue.

Try telling the service center ur issues, and ask for their opinion. If they tell you to lodge a case with apple, then go ahead.

I was told by the server center to complain, so I did and got a free replacement instead.

Maybe you can try doing the same?
