- Yeah, the reduced notch with no additional info available on the status bar such as battery percentage makes no sense to me too
- The camera bump causing the phone to be not balanced when laid on the table can be solved by one of two ways - getting a case, or laying it down on the screen.
- Power button lower is meant for easier reach with the finger when using single-handed but ya, it’s a matter preference
- That shining side is stainless steel - makes the phone more premium than the matte aluminium on the regular iPhone 13 - but yes, it is a fingerprint nightmare. Again, get a case to avoid scratches.
- Because you came from the 6S and the XR on 60hz, you don’t feel that much of a difference with the 120hz especially during scrolling. But if you are used to 120hz, going back to 60hz is a challenge. I’ve used the 13 Pro Max for a couple of months before downgrading back to the 11, initially I can see the difference between the refresh rates but now I’ve gotten back used to 60hz. Again, it could be a matter of preference. Some people have sharper eyes to distinguish this while some people can’t appreciate it - especially those who are used to using iPhones.
Overall, the 13 Pro is a great phone to have and a nice upgrade from your XR. Enjoy the phone!

let me share other thing;
- sound great from 2 speaker, and it stereo.. however i feel it too high pitch. to much noisy.. this on all sound, video watch, social media.. for music yes controllable with music EQ, i choose treble reducer, a relieve. pheww.. but not overall sound control.
- battery 2 days extra look promising
- no charger provide a bit off to me. but i use ipad air, which come free, 2 year device, somemore with type C! loorrrr.. does justification on pricing? lower cost, no charger?
- for camera, great i got 3 now to explore. heee.. capture image produce nice. only thing, when snap picture, then i preview the image immedietely, those capture image still look in processing ( likely 0.2-0.5 sec delay - blur and then sharp) on sunny light or any situation. i do feel it having processing delay for output. well it me only or not. cos by large image size? im not satisfy on this.. no , im not enable proRaw or ProRes..
- another side, u not having option for Macro shoot, unless it detect near focus object.. not helping in situation.. or does we have specific macro switch? shotcut how?
- as for video, still no option 720p x 60 fps.. the reason, most, and likely all phone user, video i share among whatsapp, facebook use with handheld device/phone.. not necessary 1080p or fullHD capable. if purpose to share on tv/monitor, yes HD is useful.
