Hi all,

Sorry for such question #touchwood, but has anyone ever claim warranty on the IP13 pro/pro max before?
Any advice on procedure or recommendation for SC around KV area?
Bought mine from Machines.
Read machines sc in mv has mixed reviews.
Recently was watching video in the dark and noticed there seem to be a dead pixel on my phone screen.

Thanks in advance

There’s QCD Sunway Pyramid and IT World @ PJ 3 Two Square.

The IT World one for me is the best because no queue and easy to find parking.

After 50 days of owning the 13 Pro Max, the Battery Health has already dropped to 99%. Charging Pattern 1x a day (From between 30-50% to 100%). No overnight charging.

While my iPhone 11 Pro Max, after 2 years, Battery Health still show 100%  biggrin.gif  biggrin.gif

Could be a bug.

Had my 13 Pro Max since launch day 1 back in October and battery health still at 100%. I use a Magsafe charger to charge, once a day only.

I honestly don't think there's another flagship phone on the market currently that is able to match the 13 Pro Max's endurance.

I've personally tested S21 Ultra and Fold 3 - none of them came close to what is packed inside the 13 Pro Max. Battery capacity is one, but the software / OS optimisation is very crucial when it comes to the battery drain.

Hmm...then looks like i need to buy a separate connector to charge my iphone if i were to use my samsung cable.

I'm trying to explore alternate options not to carry so many cables out.

As for the ipad adaptor, i guess its not compatible with Samsung cable?

Alternatively if you have used a wireless charger, it is also compatible with iPhones, but note that non-MagSafe chargers will only charge at 7.5w, MagSafe will deliver 15w.

I think USB C cables are universal, should be able to charge most USB-C interface(s), except proprietary ones. If I get you correctly, you plan to use a USB-C Cable to charge an iPad with USB-C?

Yupe correct. Here are the list of gadgets im going to have

1. iPhone 13 Pro Max
2. IPad Pro
3. S20

Worst case i need to have 2 adaptors n 2 cables to "satisfy" all of them.

Btw, i guess the latest airpod shud work with all of them rite?

Ah should be easy.

Get a GaN charger with at least 100w with 2 USB C slots - 1 cable for Lightning (iPhone & AirPods), and 1 cable USB C (S20 & iPad Pro).

You're good to go rclxm9.gif

I saw Ugreen has 65W option https://shopee.com.my/product/82080415/1170...44-1645849461.9

Is this good enough for my requirements? I rarely charge all my gadgets at the same time. I just want to carry 1 fast charge adaptor that works with all my gadgets.

65w should be okay for most gadgets except powering a laptop. I think you should be able to charge your phone, AirPods and Apple Watch simultaneously with this 65w brick.

Wireless charging, best to use MagSafe compatible ones. Less heat and charges faster vs conventional non-MFI certified wireless chargers.

I've been using my Green leather case since October last year and the sides are starting to discolor, can see the inner 'black hue' starting to show. But other than that, still holding up very strong.
