it wont, thats just a concept dummy model. CAD renders show they will still have the camera bump with even larger sensors

It was removed because the app had its own implementation of face id authentication (requires u to take off your mask if you're wearing one), u have to enter pin for now until they update the app again to add the feature back. Apple only allows apps to use their implementation of face id authentication due to security concerns (same one that is used to unlock the phone, to purchase apps from app store, some banking apps already use it. This one can use with face mask on for iphone 12 and above).
