Already worldwide spread for this WSOD issue on 13pro / pro max but this retarded apple still don't want to admit it is their hardware screen quality issue. You just google and you can see alot results regarding this issue in reddit/apple official disscussion forum. It does not just happen in malaysia, it is happening worldwide and it seems like apple is trying to run away from taking reponsibility.

Same here, it is my first ever iPhone. I'm going to replace the display later and most likely continue to use it, doesn't feel right to purchase a new phone only after 14 months.

To me, nothing on iOS is irreplaceable haha. I hardly ever use iMessage, i use that with 1 friend only and FaceTime not even once.
iOS updates nowadays also not as stable as before.

Of course worried since quite a few shared this here and in socmed too. But what can we do? 

Just to update, i got back my phone today from Machines KLCC, Apple covered all the repairing cost

No, warranty had been expired end of last year.

Need to call Apple Support to make complaint, if they accepted they will create a case for you, upon receive of your phone, service center will perform diagnose to determine if your case is valid, after few days the customer service will return a call to inform the outcome.

Im actually buying for my wife who doesnt really care about usb c or other techy stuff, just need a phone that can last long.
