M Nova Kepong, just announced by Mah Sing. Another "M series" project. Any expert knows where is the exact location?

Some details from the announcement:
- Serviced residences with size 700sf, 850sf & 1000sf
- Some retail component
- Indicative starting price RM318,000
- 6.9km from Metro Prima MRT2, 3.1km from Taman Wahyu KTM
- Nearest market is Pasar Borong Selayang (1.2km)
- Fronting MRR2, accessible from Jalan Batu View
- Registration of interest Q1 2022, Launching Q3 2022.

For me, the price is attractive but seems like nothing within walking distance. More suitable for small family own-stay perhaps?

Not announced, so most likely is leasehold. Density based on their GDV, I estimate to have about 1600-1800 units, so 200+ unit/acres, still high dense but not as bad as their M Vertica.

Not sure whether you are just being sarcastic or really asking for opinion.

Mah Sing projects still got complaints, but not as bad as Icon City last time.

As for this project specifically, price is cheap, but other forumers have pointed out that surroundings are quite bad. So is whether you can accept living near to dumpsite and the low cost apartments or not? If cannot, then just look away, plenty of other projects to choose from.

It seem the developer is setting up the sales gallery at Lakeville shoplot (Taman Wahyu) again, pervious is Lakeville, M Luna and now M Nova....

affordable price and the building facade is nice i just saw it on facebook, but the surrounding is suck cari tempat makan pun susah unless mah sing build a flyover directly connected to MRR2

Tower B price starting from
1. RM 400k (2 bedroom)
2. RM460K (3 bedroom)
3. RM 520k (4 bedroom)

Tower C not yet launch oh.
