Hello all,

Would like some input regarding issue with my Pixel 3 phone.
I'm not able to receive call, caller goes straight to voicemail. Calling out (making calls) is ok.

I've taken out the SIM card & put it in another phone, no issue.
So unlikely it's telco problem.

Also tried factory reset, still not working.

Any idea what is going on?
Can a phone had hardware problem where you can make calls but cannot receive them?

Then disable the voicemail

Caller also happy credit not gone wasted for nothing

Maybe need to enable VOLTE coz our local provider is phasing out 3G. But currently my call quality is bad due to the changing of the network.
