why property price like house and shop lot in sri petaling growing faster?2storey house price now around RM350k!!!

im not expert in this field, but generally in high population area the property will worth more too, because the place is good for doing business.

I suppose because Sri Petaling is sort of near to MV, right next to Kesas, kinda short time to Federal as well as KL.

It's not only Sri Petaling.
A lot of property in the Klang Valley are in steady raise.

Usually when the economics are steady; the property market blossoms as more ppl can afford because of stable economy.

But comes economics downturn; then you'll see drastic drops in everything, property market inclusive!

Oh BTW, it's right for me to say that wiliamway = limtong5.

As of now, limtong5's post are all replies to williamway. All of them praising williamway, like how eye-opening his investment advises & methods are.

On the other hand, williamway's posts are all directly & indirectly promoting his blog. And all his posts are in property, forex, investment section.

Well, nothing wrong actually. It's cheap, that's all.

bro... faster or pricier is relative... what are you comparing with?

what's the land area?
what was the developer price?
how old is the property?

RM350k for a 22x75 i would say is reasonable... if they put in slight furnishing/some renovation, i would say its a good buy...

so what are you comparing with?

wiliamway / limtong5, book is the best sources you should look for if youre serious. everyone here is just giving out their/my own view about particular subject, thats probably 50% accurate only or not true at all. tongue.gif

haha.......I consider that cheap already in Klang Valley.
But anyway, lack of details like you've mentioned to actually evaluate that hypothesis on cheap/expensive.

Best if we knew where exact in Sri Petaling, built ups, type of houses (Semi-d or link or bungalow). How old and amenities in surrounding area.
