I was about to suggest monte bayu, but the RM160k is the minimal price for the lowest "spec".
I.e. lower floors with not so attractive view.
But the best part is they are giving up 2 free car park bays.

google or other internet search engines is your best friend if you use it.
else, look up at papers everyday and focus on those pages that sells or talk about properties.
