The reported numbers flying around is 500k per week, which is way above the club's wage structure. Wouldn't mind offering salah anywhere around 300-350k but any figures above that will be devastating for the team's morale. Likely you will see the equally important van dijk and Allison starts making noise and knocking on Klopps office.

QUOTE(qqmeng @ Mar 15 2022, 10:54 AM) axe OX. dont mind a thinner squad w/o him and keeping salah. Say if salah earns 400k per week, what happens to van dijk, alisson or mane? Who will be all be earning less than half. Despite being equally important. The moment we offer salah a ridiculous amount of money, the club whole wage structure will be gone. Players earning 50k will demand 100k, those earning 100k will request for 200k. As much as we want to retain salah due to what he offers on the pitch, we also have to understand the ripples effect of retaining him at all cost. Most likely won't happen but wouldn't mind signing Gareth bale as mo backup next season. Still capable of scoring 10-15 goals easily.
