just want to get advice for those ride before with this two bike
Honda Wave 110 vs Yamaha LC135


currently i using
Honda Wave Alpha 110 actually for near distance ride (never ride on highway or etc)
, was thinking too upgrade to No clutch kapchai motorbike . Saw the paling baik is Yamaha LC135.

just want to ask
1. is it BIG different or just SMALL different only for pick up and power? because just 20cc different.

How much different can compare if we explain with car?
is it big different like driving 1.5N/A vs 2.5N/A car different? or just the different 1.3 N/A Myvi vs 1.5N/A Myvi only?



2. is it worth for upgrade if no highway riding (I paling max speed pun ride 90km/h sahaja)

Yes, slight difference in term of top speed & power

i own wave alpha 110 since January,
replacing a wreck modenas Kriss 2 that i own before,

i hated the wave alpha so much,

red line at 80khm.
after 60khm everything vibrate like crazy,
my hand and my ass went numb after a short 15km run,
the fuel capacity is so low that i keep forgetting to refuel, since my modenas can last longer then this wave,

if you not a hardcore rider, don't bother to change,
but if you used your bike for work or use it on everyday basis, better change your bike,

Like that can consider scooter?

hahaa scooter macam very hard to bring ride for tabao and etc. because tiada bakul depan, only bakul belakang

ya agree, is abit vibrate when fast, my hometown also got one modenas kriss 100, is it heavy so macam"STABLE" but if want go fast definitely Alpha.

Yes, only slight diff

You ride on Wave Alpha above 80kmh can feel vibration from.the engine, Meanwhile LC135 vibration is much lower if you speed more than 80-90kmh. Fuel Tank is 4L

From my past experience upgrading from Wave Ultimo (125X):
i. There is different in power delivery. I would say noticeable
ii. Smoother (little to no vibration)
iii. Different in FC consumption (well, can't expect better FC right?)

Going back to your question:
1. Medium different. I reserve Big for 650cc and bigger based bike.
2. 1.3 Myvi to 1.5Myvi. You can feel the difference in highway
3. I prefer if you can share your average speed rather than your max speed...only then can gauge your riding pattern....I would say not worth it if you just ride it at average speed of 80km/h or below....the engine aren't that strain at that speed

2021 Yamaha 135LC in new colours, from RM6,868
135LC, bodywork and mechanicals remaining the same as before. Power comes from a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 134 cc mill, producing 12 hp at 8,500 rpm and 11.79 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm.

just 20cc have a big different.

coming from lagenda 110, then change to 135lc.
even 25cc different, u can feel it.
get lc for more comfortable ride, built, good fc, easy sparepart and easy to maintain.
my lc already 8 years not problem at all. change oil periodically and u are good to go.
as easy maintain it like ex5.

Where can get this price? I asked around rm7,500-7,800 cash. Some put that pricing but must be loan.

Thanks for the comment, now decide to purchase lc135! got new model out, just in time

New lc135 will come around the corner with 2 break disc and no clutch.

good. please buy additional lock....gonna be thief magnet

kapcai use few years, sure need to overhaul or trade in get new one only the performance will be refreshed
