When wide players cross in the middle, he either nowhere there or not ready.
When wide players being boxed up and needs helps passing the ball, he waving cross to him
Really kek watching him, he nowhere near Costa or Drogba in terms of holding striker.
If with Havertz or even Werner as holding strikers,  at least they are good at reading the games and involve in the buildup and free up the wide players.

Anyway, give Lukaku a benefit of doubt, Plymouth CB players are man marks him throughout the game.
But he should do better given that we are playing Plymouth ler, not even PL centreback clubs.

I think Tuchel did try werner combo with him but there is no chemistry between them. Maybe can try havertz combo with him.
Anyway a top striker need to have all the skills or at least try to master it especially he got the body size to do Drogba. If he still not keen to learned that, he will sooner or later be a burden for the team to move forward.
