i used to patronize one hokkien mee that use charcoal fire until one day i stand beside and look at how its done, immediately after that I limit myself to eat only once a month.

its not about cleanliness but the amount of msg he's pouring in. no wonder taste so good and addictive

saw there's one stall in kuchai lama corner kopitiam that're selling this, but don't think taste is good when handled by foreign workers.
