My TNG Ewallet hava been hack by someone on 14-11-21. Total transaction and refund from google play 12 times x RM 399.90 = 4798.80.All trancastion are bought the PUBG game point.I didnt purchases any product but deduct my money without my approval .On the sport I call TNG ask me to refund claim from google play. I have been claim refund from google but reject it today. Anyone have any solution for me ?

Only can request refund from google play. Most likely is google account got hacked, and because your payment info is there, then kena misused

Rm1 insurance can cover up to 25k, just buy it if you have any significant amount of money inside

What i do is i point to my Bigpay debit card in Googlepay. Also got Paypal, which is also linked to my Bigpay prepaid card.

I only have around RM20 +- anytime in my Bigpay. I only reload by Bigpay right before i make a payment. So they can hack all they want and take my RM20 if they want to. Silakan.

My google pay kena hack a long time ago i think 8 years ago. But google detected it and immediately stop and freeze my google pay. After that activated 2 step verification no more issue until now.

I think if you saved TNG in your account, it won't prompt for PIN. (same as Lazada)

For TNG, i think they can deny your claim because the issue is your Google account hacked, and not your TNG.

i c. guess it risky to link with tng card. will remove mine too.
