I've used all of Michelin tires (except for those PS4S  and above)

You want mileage and best FC go for XM2+
You want better performance go for PS4 ( or PS3 depending on size availability)

But Primacy 4 as an in-between doesn't give any of those. Not even close. It's a 'nothing special' tires compared to the rest of the Michelin lineup. I'm replacing all my SUV tires from Primacy to XM.

Maybe some will say It's louder then the Primacy. But for me it's no noticeable like some off road tires.
