Been using maxis tether hotspot for work, it's prepaid unlimited pass+ the monthly hotspot pass.
Cannot open certain website such as all government website, and most secured website such as wiki, Petronas and etc.


Side note;
Trying with tunnelbear VPN both on/off both doesn't work.

This is my first time tether for work since before the WiFi is available at the office
