Please note that:-
*The SP120 fan light will not working because it needs to be connected to the LED hub light controller.
*The SP120 fan will still run even without the hub light controller.

Solution:-
To make the SP120 fan light work, you can buy an LED hub light controller for about RM50+ but, if you plan to replace a more personalized cosair RGB fan, for example: LL120 RGB 120mm tri-pack set will be equipped with LED hub light controller. It also has its own lighting controller for other brands of fans.
