Getting Started

|
After coming back from outside, what I do is
1. take out the cover and wash with soap. 2. same go with the iphone.
I'm holding IP7+.
If you're holding brand new IP12/13... will you worry about soap/alcohol will damage the colour?
How you do it actually?

75% alcohol swab. Other chemicals makes the phone sticky.

I dont recommend to wash even with water, just wipe it with damp clothes... a friend of mine washed his iphone 12PM under sink for a quick 5 secs flush, voided the warranty under water damage, and paid a hefty amount to repair it... so unnecessary and sad for him..

Yup. I don't see the point of washing the phone itself when it is always in a case, a good wipe down with a microfiber cloth will do. As for the case, i also just wipe it instead of washing.

Use wet tissue and wipe. Can wash also but make sure your iPhone is sealed well. If repair before by third party that sealing could end up loose.
