If you drive below the speed limit, I would still recommend a mid range tyre for safety reason with our rainy season. Just top up slightly for a peace of mind as you will be using it for at least 2 -3 years and sum up to >Rm10/ month. A good suspension also play an important role in the stability and maximise friction between tyre and road. iymm liked this post
