       Their USP is facing "Waterfall" but I didnt see any, maybe it just appears during rain  |

i dont think developer will announce any good plan for commercial..
they wont launch another mall that's obvious because there's empire mall already. Even if they launch office or hotel....they place is surely gonna be god damm congest already. Might be top 1 high density in malaysia? With this over population area, let see what they donna do to enhance the accesibility , otherwise its gonna be geli. |

There is buyer fatigue after 5 or 6 launches of these homogeneous units in the span of a few years.
