SNS is an investment holding company. Its subsidiaries are principally involved in the provision of ICT products, services and solutions.

Public issue 183,252,100 new ordinary shares in SNS (“Shares”) in the following manner:

40,722,700 new Shares available for application by the Malaysian public;

24,433,700 new Shares available for application by SNS’s eligible Directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of SNS Group;

101,806,800 new Shares by way of private placement to Bumiputera Investors approved by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry;

16,288,900 new Shares by way of private placement to selected investors

and

Offer for sale of 24,433,700 existing Shares by way of private placement to selected investors.

How do you justify LGMS then? they got miti allocation too. I don't think it's correct to use such a way to determine?

And look at how SFP Tech performs as well, with many MITI allocations

TP by TA securities 25 sen..not intrested..carefull all

If TA give tp only at 25 sen, high risk game, could be another infoline pattern.

Even Infoline Tec with RM7 miilion PAT is now at 38 sen. SNS Network's PAT is RM35 million. Looks like this counter is mid term, more like SFP Tech (RM1.20 now, with IPO of 30 sen)

Sure EXPLOSIVE ONE $$$$$
