Yew Lee is an investment holding company. Through its proposed subsidiaries and associate company, the Group is principally involved in the manufacturing of industrial brushes and trading of industrial hardware and machinery parts.


Public issue of 133,108,900 new ordinary shares in Yew Lee (“IPO Shares”) allocated in the following manner:

26,621,800 IPO Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;

15,973,000 IPO Shares made available for application by the Group’s eligible directors and employees;

23,959,600 IPO Shares by way of private placement to selected investors;

and

66,554,500 IPO Shares made available by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia;

Offer for sale of 26,621,800 existing shares by way of private placement to selected investors.
