Around 100k for the wet works (structure, painting, extension, ceiling, waterproof, tiles works) + plumbing + electrical wiring

Took around 4.5 months.
Others such as cabinet, aluminum & glass, security door & gate, lighting and solar water heater are sourced by myself.
My contractor is very accommodating to adjust his progress and schedule to suit other supplier's installation.

Hi! It is really depends on which type or style you preferred for your feature wall.
For me, I go with Suzuka Strato - Cement Effect Paint and just a simple hanging TV cabinet.
Cement effect paint is maintenance free and the best thing is cost saving!
But if you required more storage space, perhaps a cabinet feature wall is the option.
Carpentry is always a big damage. Watch out!

Around 70k for my TV cabinet, shoe cabinet, wardrobe for my master room and dry + wet kitchen.
Feel free to drop by their office with your house layout plan (dimensions) and they will be able to provide you some indicative cost on the spot.

Did anyone tried TS contractor? Can give any feedback?

No experience in engaging but only meeting for site visit. The petite guy named Jxxxy came for site visit. No measurements were taken after I expressed the water filter he promotes is premature for my non renovated house. A few photos were simply took for show & he appears in a haste. Needless for me to follow up through observing his body language & as expected, no news thereafter. Kinda waste my time to bring him touring as I've informed him my property type & brief scope of work during call. Just sharing.

Malaysia has very little regulation for contractor that is why is dangerous for people who engaged the contractor

Fully understand your concern which I had after I got my keys.
Was spending so much of effort and time to survey and ask around.
Quite lucky to engage this contractor since we are playing the same tape (same channel).
Which makes the renovation progress quite smoothly.
It will definitely some hiccups here and there, most importantly, this contractor will never run away, always there to sort it out.

Leaving my review on this Jimmy/tricon design & renovation, at first contacted him to quote on my renovation project. He was very eager wanting to setup meetings and all. I told him I already gotten two quotes and would like him to quote me as well to weight my options. Upon hearing this, he straight ghosted me like no interest follow up also he say can't quote without visiting site, fyi building plan was provided together with site pictures, I only wanted an estimate to compare quotes if the price is ok then a site visit can be arranged to further discuss. A far cry from TS review, or TS is working for Tricon?

Sorry but feel I need to rant. Why is it so difficult to locate reliable contractors who could speak English in Klang Valley? No association of home contractors recognised by the government or licensing to regulate them or to give assurance to the public that they are not scammers. We are supposed to be a developed country by 2020 but yet, till today, we operate with third world governance, systems and mentality.
