If you dont mind to share the total cost of your reno?

Around 100k for the wet works (structure, painting, extension, ceiling, waterproof, tiles works) + plumbing + electrical wiring

that's pretty reasonable

Hi BTKee, thanks for sharing the contractor contact and renovation cost. How long did the entire renovation process took from start to end including installation of finishes?

Took around 4.5 months.
Others such as cabinet, aluminum & glass, security door & gate, lighting and solar water heater are sourced by myself.
My contractor is very accommodating to adjust his progress and schedule to suit other supplier's installation.
