洪興 is invented in the HK Movie 蠱惑仔 even if it exist, it is someone who borrow the name to con you.

But it was inspired by 洪門 which was originated from 天地會, 反清覆明．IIRC it had a branch in Malaysia as well until the Qing dynasty collapsed.
