Search Google: Neverware CloudReady OS, it's free, much easier to use, able to install Google (Android) App, better than Ubuntu.

I saw this article online

https://www.neverware.com/blogcontent/2018/...-a-long-goodbye

but i saw there's still tutorials online teaching people how to dual boot

is it possible that over the years we can use cloudready to dualboot on windows laptop?

You don't have to use Dual Boot method, use Oracle VM VirtualBox https://www.virtualbox.org
