Hi everyone, firstly I'm new to properly that's why you may find my question boring. Recently I bought a subsale flat in Selangor. The lawyer helped changed the ownership of indah water already. Yesterday I just went to MPSJ to change the ownership of cukai pintu. Now I left only change ownership of electric.

Question : May I know how to change the ownership of TNB? What is the procedure and any documents to bring? Can apply via any TNB office?

Hi guys, I just received my TNB bill and it stated RM0.60 .

Since I havent move in, that's why it's RM0.60 . May I know why I cant pay and will i get penalty if I dont pay for the amount?
