Hi smile.gif This is what I've been doing for Ramadhan :

Break fast
- Kurma
- Slow digesting protein (milk/water + BSN Syntha-6) - 250ml (This is to avoid over-eating & I have a history of gastric so gotta be careful sad.gif)

Maghrib Prayers

- Whatever my family is having in half portion with lots of protein from chicken/fish/egg
- Take a lil bit of kuih just for 'taste' smile.gif

Isyak Prayers
Terawikh + Witir Prayers (can count this as cardio? laugh.gif)

30 mins Yoga & Bodyweight exercises (alternate days)
Stretch

Sleep

Sahur
- Minimal rice, some lauk.
- 4tbsp Oatmeal (if I take too much protein for lauk and less rice smile.gif)
- 500ml milk
- Multivitamins + 2 caps Fish oil

Try not yo starve yourself. It will slow your metabolism down smile.gif
