Hello, currently looking to buy a unit but since I'm only familiar with PJ, would like to know if anyone has any input regarding these 3 developments? Which would be your pick?

For own stay or investment?

Anytime taman desa

If ownstay, I would choose Brightton simply because of its low density. The others looks very high density especially Edgewood.

If you have the budget, skyvogue or dbrightton. Better still, go for alaia.

Due to the budget, I only considering the Edgewood vs DBrightton but not Alaia.

For my opinion:

DBrightton
pros:
Low density compare to Edgewood
location also slightly better than edgewood
Good view

Cons:
Expensive than edgewood
layout is not good as edgewood
No private garden

Edgewood:
pros:
more affordable
champion layout
private garden
township development
more convenient

cons:
location is bad
surrounding with ppr and rumahvip
high density(many new development within 1-2 km)--close to 6k units

i go for Edgewood..reason is I like the layout and the township concept.
