my sisters iphone storage screen shows 2 apps that has been running non stop for more than a day. restarted the phone still the same. how to stop/fix this?

how about a hard reset instead of a normal reboot? (press volume up then release, press volume down then release, hold power button few seconds until see apple logo)

if apps still tuck then a full reset and restore should help (do backup first)..

Uninstall and reinstall the said apps.
