He was the best candidate during Ole's interim period.

He is not doing bad in PSG. His team even beat City 2-0 in CL.

He plays attractive attacking football and even promote youth at Spurs.

And he even hold off for a while before taking the PSG job because he want to be at our club.

Suddenly United are making logical and sensible choices. Does this really shows that Joel Glazer now cares about the club? Only time will tell. For the time being, I am liking where this is heading.

Yup, Fred is playing better in attacking role compared to defensive role.

You can see he is more adept at attacking and more comfortable at it too.

True that his decision making is questionable but I think it can be improved if he played the same role onward and maybe if can get a good coach to guide him.

Easier said than done. And the transfer is still a month away.

Plus under new manager and new coaching system, I think it is fair to give everyone a clean slate.

Let them prove to the new boss that they are valuable asset to the team.

Remember Lukaku? Bad at Chelsea, good at Everton, bad at United, good at Inter and now bad again at Chelsea.

Player perform differently under different system. So the fair thing to do is just wait and see how all of them perform in the next few weeks.
