GNC French Pine Bark Extract cost like a bank

I started because i have an auntie colleague that sits next to me gave me one tablet everyday because she sees me like her son and say i don't seem to be having a balanced and healthy meal daily.

Now i just eat them because of habit. Plus the choice of multivitamin (Berocca) kinda nice to accompany my breakfast (macam orange juice)

I am taking my Centrum tablets once a day after lunch.

Am I doing it right?

I can't really feel any boosting effect after taking the tablet. 

Is it the same Centrum brand you are taking?
