Logged out and never received verification email

My account (QuickFire) was logged out and I was asked to reset my password. The thing is I never received any email link from LYN. I have done this more than 5 times over the last 3-4 weeks now.
I also emailed helpdesk more than 2 weeks ago, with two follow ups, but got no response.
My account was registered way back in 2004 or thereabouts, so I'd appreciate if I could get it back as soon as possible.

I still haven't received any response on this. I understand you guys are probably swamped with similar emails but it would be good to at least have some acknowledgement...
