How do I replace light bulb for this recess light, Replace from energy saving to Led lightb

Hi
I don't know how to open this casing to take out the bulb and replace with new. Should the entire casing and bulb be replaced instead? If so what should I buy to replace it? Easier if you buy a new casing.

Easier and SAFER to replace with LED pancake light. Be sure to remove the magnetic choke as well.
Those can lights are outdated and so is the magnetic choke which is starting to rust (fire risk if insulation melted) |
