I'm having packet loss issue for 2 days already (between 0.xx - 2% from speed test result). Internet speed and ping are normal like usual though. Is this a unifi problem? I don't think my modem is faulty but I'm not sure what to do. It's causing connection drop in online games.

Anyone have experience?

Strange, how are you connected to your modem? WiFi? LAN?

Perhaps you could paste a continuous ping test from the CMD? I usually test by ping to 8.8.8.8 or my home's gateway to see where the packet drop happens.

My room's wall is slightly thick and sometimes I get this sudden packet lost from my WiFi which leads me to reboot the router at random hours.

Try pinging 8.8.8.8 and your router ip at the same time and ping for a hour to see the problem happens within your network or outside your network.

shocking.gif I am appalled! Connecting LAN and getting packet drops? This is rare issue indeed.

If at all possible, I am curious to see your pings, just as what @go626201 suggested.

What about your other devices? Any spare laptops that can help you with the packet drop?
