I take offence that plate with KV, meaning Langkawi duty free car should feel that their class somewhat lowered. In fact they probably ride their cars with pride and some semblance of smug on their faces because they manage to buy same car as mainland but way cheaper, for example RM30k cheaper for Sientas. Common thing... even my former boss that lived in London until he retired recently, he had many cars given to him by the company over the years, then the change in UK's BiK policies they switched to pool cars, he bought a cheap Fiat Panda that was 6 years old when he bought it and still drives it but not to go to work, for his commute to work he takes the Tube.
