I saw the Malay's neighbors placing the rose color water in the bottle & place it at their house entrance. I curiously asked the Malay's friend, what was the bottle with the rose color water for? They told me it was to fend off the cat to poop at their house. Not scientific proven, not sure it is working or not but everywhere I go, I can spot the water bottle filled with the rose color water.
