Did you get this issue resolved?
My other account also same case... the account used for many many years d, then recently LYN asked user to update their primary email account used during registration. However before managed to change, I signed out and now when I try sign in, it prompts me to input my account ID then it straight send activation email to my old email account which I could not access anymore due to forgotten password. Can't restore that email password as well coz that email account was like super long ago and its dormant already. Sending email to helpdesk email for the last two days did not receive any updates from them. Please help me as well. |

I email them nearly a week but no feedback from them too. Now have to start new account again. Many year ago I have similar problem.

just need to wait for them to reply....my case also the same...iinm almost 2 weeks didnt get reply....but yesterday got reply from them....m case i didnt remeber my email....but after that everything went smooth....need to wait is the pain....
a lot of ktards kene like this...cant do anything just nned to wait for them to reply |
