KUALA LUMPUR: Tropicana Corp Bhd unit Tropicana Senibong Sdn Bhd has entered into a joint venture with Puncak Alam Housing Sdn Bhd to develop three parcels of leasehold land with an aggregate area of about 362.742 acres in Mukim of Ijok in Kuala Selangor. ADVERTISING The group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that Tropicana Senibong will undertake the property development and pay to Puncak Alam a proprieter's entitlement of RM334.54mil progressively over 72 months. There will be no joint venture company incorporated for the purpose of the joint venture, it said. KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 1 — Tropicana Corporation Bhd’s wholly-owned unit, Tropicana Senibong Sdn Bhd (TSSB), has formed an unincorporated joint venture (JV) with Puncak Alam Housing Sdn Bhd (PAHSB) to develop three parcels of leasehold land of approximately 146.80 hectares in Ijok, Selangor. Under the JV agreement (JVA) signed between TSSB and the proprietor, PAHSB today, TSSB would undertake the property development project with the payment of the proprietor’s entitlement amounted to RM334.54 million. “The proprietor’s entitlement shall be paid in progress manner up to 72 months from the date of the JVA,” Tropicana said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today. Tropicana Corporation has entered into a joint venture agreement with developer Puncak Alam Housing Sdn Bhd to develop a 362-acre leasehold in Ijok Kuala Selangor. According to filing the proprietors find the land to be a good prospect for landed township development that can contribute steady demand within the Klang Valley area. They have also noted on the good connectivity, established neighbourhood and ready amenities within the vicinity. Separately, the parties also deem future potential development of various types of development in view of the surrounding neighbourhoods with ready catchment and a proven track record on the townships nearby. Looks like this township will be known as Tropicana Alam, Bandar Puncak Alam. Tropicana Alam landscape Architect will be under Walrus, not bad......same landscape architect with Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Metropark and Gamuda Garden. big developers going in puncak alam is a good sign... the commercials around PA really revived and fairly alive now... but there also the headache about the traffic jam as population keep on increasing... lol Sang Arya liked this post

It is also the group’s maiden launch in the area. According to a press statement issued on Monday, Tropicana Alam has an estimated gross development value of RM700 million. The developer is eyeing to launch the first phase by early next year. Spanning 87.4 acres in Tropicana Alam, the first phase features 431 double-storey terraced homes, with built-ups from 1,917 sq ft, and land sizes from 20ft by 70ft. The price definitely increase a lot, foresee 500K - 600K for intermediate unit. As now DASH highway completed & construction cost increase a lot. So this pricing look normal for branding developer project. Before MCO, puncak alam lbs project just selling 450K+- for intermediate.

Else legit for sale admin & agent post at lowyat to get lead? I know everyone want to cari makan not easy, just curious. Because some agent here ready active at lowyat, but some just new accounts.
