Lot Lidi also known as Tanah Lot are proposed individual lot by land owner that havent receive approval yet by the land office.

Buyers of such lot are at risk that the individual geran may not be available after the purchase.

So if it receives an approvals, is it possible?

Sometimes, the way the land owner partition or pecah the land may not meet tbe requirement of the NLC Act hence will be rejected.

Is better to have a ready geran b4 buying.
