Just propose this - you will give RM50 to whoever buys a RM3k and above gadget and give u a receipt without any name on it. Since income tax is all filed electronically - you just need the receipt in PDF and no need to have any name on the receipt. A cash receipt is good enough.

Both sides win. Buyer no need to scared get scammed (and no need to meet up with some stranger) and u get to get your receipt to claim the tax refund.
